Blas na Samhna food festival is bringing flavour to Galway this November

‘Blas na Samhna’ food festival which translates to ‘taste of November’ aims to spice up the quieter months of the year with a wide range of food experiences across Galway City and County.

The months long festival will be celebrating food, people and produce, with the aim of bringing the best of Galway’s culinary delicacies together to enrich the winter season in the West of Ireland.

The festival will highlight a range of cultural food prominent in Galway, from ramen and bao to pasta workshops or exploring the exotic Brazilian and romantic French cuisines.

There will also be a selection of intimate dinners, but if that’s not your cup of tea, you can participate in an exciting food trail.

If you’re feeling more creative, why not take part in a cocktail making competition, or an exclusive wine tasting. This festival aims to cater for all cultures, lifestyles and tastebuds.
